Can I order all the items from your site?

 

For delivery in France or internationally, you can order all Skibrid products, equipment and accessories. Our collections are available for sale online, while stocks last.  

 

How to order ?

 

1. Discover our catalog and our Skibrid products on the online store.

2. Select the items that interest you by adding them to the "basket". 

3. When all the items you want have been added to your basket, click on "View my basket" (at the top right of the site).

4. Check the contents of your basket, choose your delivery method and click on "Continue my order".

5. Select the desired payment method, accept the T & Cs and click on "Confirm my order".

6. Make your payment via the secure Stripe interface or the Paypal interface.

 

Can I place an order by phone?

 

Unfortunately, we are unable to take orders by phone, email, post or fax. These must be done over the Internet for technical reasons.

 

Is it possible to have a delivery outside mainland France? Abroad ?

 

We now deliver to Europe and to a large number of foreign countries. You can email us to find out if we deliver to your destination.

 

Will I be notified of the status of my order?

 

From the registration of your order to its delivery, you will be notified by email of its follow-up: order confirmation, shipping confirmation, and delivery confirmation if you have chosen store delivery. If you make a request to cancel your order, you will also be notified of the various steps associated with its return: confirmation of cancellation, confirmation of reimbursement, etc.

 

What are the delivery times ?

 

Between 3 and 5 working days with standard home delivery in mainland France and the EU.  

 

What happens if I am absent during the passage of the delivery person?

 

If you are not present during the delivery, the carrier will leave a transit advice note indicating where you can pick up your package, or will contact you directly from the telephone information you have provided to us.

 

What should I do if I receive a defective product?

 

If by mistake you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service by writing to us at hello@skibrid.com

We will give you a return number as well as the procedure for returning the product (s) that do not correspond to your order. Upon receipt of your package, we will verify the returned product (s) and provide a full refund if it is indeed a quality problem.

 

Which carrier will deliver my order?

For practical reasons, we reserve the choice of carrier (DPD).

 

I would like to modify my order: what should I do?

 

It is not possible to modify an order validated on our site. You can, however, request an order cancellation from our customer service department by writing to us at hello@skibrid.com and get a refund.

 

Is an in-store exchange possible?

 

Yes, in-store exchange is possible for an order placed on the site.

 

How long does it take to get my refund?

 

Your refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 days from the validation by us of taking into account the guarantee of the returned product (s).

      

What are the delivery times ?

Standard home delivery in 3 to 5 days * (working days)

  * Indicative timeframe from the date of shipment of the order.

 

What is the procedure for making a return?

 

All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery and are your responsibility.

 

Here is the procedure to follow to return a product:

1. Please note, you have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return and return the products to us.

2. Click on "My orders"> View order> Return.

3. Follow the steps by selecting the item (s) you wish to return; Once you have completed your return request, you will be assigned a return number, which will also be confirmed by email. The status of your return will be pending, you can view all your returns in your customer account.

4. Once your request is approved, our customer service team will provide you with the address to return the product (s). The order must be returned within 30 days from the day of receipt of your order.

5. Upon receipt of your return, we will refund the amount of the returned product (s). You will be refunded using the same payment method chosen when ordering (Paypal, card, loyalty points, etc.).
